License Agreement

1. License Grant:

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes. This license does not grant ownership rights in the Software.

2. Legal Use:

The Software must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using the Software, and the developer bears no liability for misuse or improper use of the Software. Misuse may result in termination of your license.

3. Ownership and Copyright:

The Software is owned and copyrighted by the developer. Without express written permission, you may not copy, distribute, or modify the Software.

4. Limitations:

The Software may not be used for illegal or unethical purposes, including the development or promotion of cheats, hacks, or similar software. Reverse engineering, sharing, renting, or reselling the Software without permission is prohibited.

5. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify the developer and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Software or violation of these terms, including legal fees.

6. Governing Law:

These terms and your use of the Software are governed by the laws of your country. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local laws.

7. Fraud:

Unauthorized resale or acquisition of licenses will result in permanent hardware bans. No refunds will be issued, and future purchases will be denied. Legitimate purchase channels are recommended.

8. Refunds:

Refunds may be denied at the discretion of the developer. No refunds are provided for used digital goods or partial usage of services.

9. HWID Bans:

Hardware ID bans may be imposed on users engaging in illegal or unethical activities. Appeals can be made for erroneous bans, but violators will not receive refunds.

10. Product Termination:

The developer may cease support or updates for the Software at any time, without explanation.

11. License Termination:

Your license may be terminated without warning or refund for non-compliance with these terms, illegal or unethical activities, or breach of other agreements.
